Srujana Merugu

I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. My research advisor is Dr. Joydeep Ghosh. Before joining UT, Austin, I completed my undergraduate studies (B. Tech., Electrical Engineering) at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Research Interests

I am mainly interested in the following broad topics -Unsupervised/ Semi-supervised Learning, Clustering Algorithms, Information Theory, Convex Analysis and Privacy-preserving Data Mining.
